System for teaching electrophoresis which allows one teacher to instruct up to 12 students on the principles of electrophoresis and cast and run their own gels.This system incorporates one large gel tank with 6 individually sized smaller gels. The system connects up to one power supply for economy. Leak proof casting dams allow easy casting of gels. UV and safe light transmissible trays allow transfer of the gels to a gel viewer or gel documentation system for viewing of the electrophoresis separation and analysis of the gels.
