Clifton® stainless steel gabled lids helps reduce evaporation, assists in keeping samples in a water bath free from contamination and saves energy. Designed to allow full use of whole width of a Clifton® water bath with the lowest height of the gable being 45mm above the bath. This unique feature means test tube racks or flasks can be placed across the whole width of the bath without fouling the lid maximising the bath working area. Where condensation accumulates in use there are no drip points which could spoil work in open flasks.
