Bio-Rad offers a range of horizontal electrophoresis chambers with a wide (15cm) platform to provide higher capacity than the Mini-Sub cell GT systems can. These cells include a buffer tank, safety lid with cables, and leveling bubble. The wide Mini-Sub cell GT cell provides a larger platform than the Mini-Sub cell GT cell, allowing it to handle more samples. Using 15- or 20-well combs, this cell has two to four times more sample capacity than the Mini-Sub cell GT box.
