Dry and compact, Porkka flake ice is produced at the ideal temperature of - 0.5°C , made from pure drinking water. Porkka ice flakers incorporate an indirect belt-drive system which allows for ease of servicing. High grade (304 S 01) stainless steel body eliminates dangers of rusting.

• All internal components are either of ABS (food grade) plastic or materials for use with potable water
• Optional water cooled condensers
• Fully automatic machines are fitted with mains off/on switch
• A bin thermostat on integral models and an electronic eye on modular machines shut the system off when the storage bin is full
