The set of 20 slides covers all the major plant vascular structures in roots, stems, leaves, flowers, and seeds. Each specimen is positioned and stained to present the best possible instruction. Slides are expertly prepared and labeled for easy identification. Specimens are mounted on 1 x 3″ precleaned, optically flat slides made from clear, noncorrosive soda lime glass with ground and polished edges. The slides come packaged in a hard plastic storage box for protection and easy storage and includes a labeling card.
