The NE3DT pro digital water baths feature precision temperature control with an option to enable a run back or delay start timer, the latter useful for pre-conditioning water temperature before use. Controls feature auto alarm setting, illuminated on/off switch, heater and over temperature indications. Supplied with clear hinged lid, convenient to use, all condensate runs back into the bath in either open or closed positions. Also features a durable gated drain tap (except NE3-4DT - BAT2600) designed to quickly empty the water bath, painted antibacterial surfaces and touch flush fitting controls, with illuminated LED display for temperature and time values.
- Designed for immersion of flasks/bottles/racks in a highly stable temperature environment throughout the water bath
- Every water bath is identified with a unique serial number and undergoes a factory calibration adjusting control to known traceable value
- Electrically tested for safety at final inspection and a test certificate enclosed in rear of the instruction book
- Shelf in the stainless steel tank provides a stable support for flasks/bottles/racks that can be removed for cleaning, the shelf is a low height design maximising the working height
- Painted surfaces feature “anti-bacterial technology” which inhibits bacterial growth, improving hygiene requirements as demanded by clinical and laboratory environments
- Thermal cut out fitted in the heater
- Over temperature alarm automatically set 4°C above set temperature with visual indicator and heating is turned off protecting samples from overheating
- IP rated clear botted on/off power switch
- Fitted with non-slip rubber feet
- Drain tap fitted on baths 8L and above
- Featuring bold LED display of measured temperatures in real-time, increments of 0.1°C, using precision PID temperature control
- Settings retained even after turning the unit off
- Easy to use splash proof controls, touch keypads for setting temperature values with indicators for heating and over temperature alarm
- Features auto setting over temperature alarm protecting samples at set temperature
- Every unit undergoes a factory calibration at two temperatures for validation
- Heaters and temperature sensor are concealed under the tank providing an easy to clean working area
- The heating footprint covers the underside of the tank and with a low mass provides rapid energy transfer, resulting in quicker heat up times and a reduction in energy consumption and improved temperature uniformity
- Above 60°C it is recommended that to achieve optimum performance the bath should be covered with a lid or layer of polypropylene spheres
- This range of baths will operate at 100°C however are not designed for continuous boiling
